System benefits

product benefit

Alike other UFH systems, heat distribution is vital. However our suspended systems push the limits of a level output by, providing a void above the tray.

product benefit

Due to the lack of screed, UKAS Plates are significantly lighter than wet construction systems.

product benefit

Pre-configured, insulated panels that include all the systems components already integrated.

System description

The heat plate system is designed to suit battened floor build ups but can be easily adapted to suit sprung sports floors, acoustic batten floors and over-battened floors. Suspended heat plates are laid between the joists which are pre-grooved to accommodate the underfloor heating pipework. Typically, these will lay into a pre-grooved insulation board supported by battens between the joists ensuring maximum contact with the floor finish and optimising the total heat output.
