System description

Our Dry Screed systems are premium, moisture resistant, precision engineered T&G gypsum based floor panels. The system meets sound insulation performance requirements of Approved Part E of the Building Regulations for separating structures. Individually, these panels offer superb noise performance ratings, featuring an excellent airborne noise rating with this excellent performance, the Dry Screed system delivers a highly cost effective soundproof floor treatment. Our panels are available with multiple backings, including wood fibre, mineral fibre, polyester and resilient foam. A backing will be put forward in the quotation depending on requirements.
The Dry Screed Panel is ideal for any final floor finish and is suitable for use with underfloor heating systems. In addition, despite being designed for direct to joist installations, they can also be used as a floor overlay. This means that the screed panel is ideal for many projects, including new builds, refurbishments and conversion projects. It is also available for fast nationwide delivery.
